Indoor Fun

January has definitely been a month of indoor fun. We have painted, done playdough, and played lots of games. Jack did his first real picture, it's Mickey Mouse! He was so proud and I really was too:)

NYE 2009

We had such a fun time ringing in the new year with our friends and their families. The kids had a pj party in the basement and the adults had a good time upstairs:) Looking forward to a great 2010! Here a pic of the girls.

They were nestled all snug in their beds. Now if only they'd stay there:)

Battle of the Sexes! It was a great game but I do think the male questions were a bit easier:)
Happy New Year!! I could not believe that Jack made it to midnight. And he was going strong. When it was time to leave at 1am he hid under a table because he did not want to leave!
Lisa and I loving our new cameras. We were so snap happy we decided to take pics of each other taking pics!!:)

Winter Wonderland

While we were up north the snow just kept falling and falling and falling. So my parents took the kids outside for some fun in the snow while Jeremy and I had some fun at the mall. They had a great time and it was Alex's first time in the snow ever:)

This was the first time the kids have been "sledding" and they had a great time:)

Nonna sledding with Jack and Alex:)

Christmas with the Readers

We drove up to Cary on Christmas morning to enjoy some time with my family. Despite the snowy weather we made it up there and had a great time visiting:)

Christmas in Shelbyville

Christmas 2009
We spread out reindeer food so they would have a little treat too:) Oatmeal mixed with glitter so they would be sure to see it sparkling from the sky.
Jack and Alex setting out cookies, fudge, and milk for Santa. Actually Jack was leaving the treats for Santa and Alex was trying to eat them herself:)
Opening presents Christmas morning! It took a while to get through the presents, like always the kids wanted to play with every toy they opened right away.

Playing with all the new toys on Christmas morning.
